Ummair volunteered as a Data & Systems Architect, designing a live operations dashboard that consolidates Umeed’s academic, welfare, hostel, and sponsorship data into one integrated system. 

He built an executive matrix layer on top of the Academy’s ERP, significantly reducing the time staff spent on manual reporting. He also designed a Student ID-based attendance system with automated absence flagging, replacing manual registers entirely.
