Ummair Sarfaraz
Ummair volunteered as a Data & Systems Architect, designing a live operations dashboard that consolidates Umeed’s academic, welfare, hostel, and sponsorship data into one integrated system.
He built an executive matrix layer on top of the Academy’s ERP, significantly reducing the time staff spent on manual reporting. He also designed a Student ID-based attendance system with automated absence flagging, replacing manual registers entirely.
Raza ur Rahman
Raza ur Rahman is a dedicated professional currently serving as Front Desk Manager and Administrative Assistant at Umeed Global School. Known for his professionalism, strong work ethic, and excellent interpersonal skills, he contributes to maintaining an organized and welcoming environment.
He is also pursuing a third-year B.Sc. in Cyber Security at I Lead College after completing his Higher Secondary education in the Science stream. His ability to balance academics and professional responsibilities reflects his discipline, adaptability, and commitment to continuous growth.
